Return and exchange policy

You may return for refund or exchange an item if it fulfills one of these criterias:

  • Item received is incorrect (size, colour, design etc)
  • Item received is faulty (missing button, zip etc)
  • Item received is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still intact


  • If you have received a defected item that satisfies the criteria above, please email us at [email protected] and we will attend to it immediately within 2 working days. We recommend parcels to be sent via registered mail, to ensure the parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing parcels which are sent to us. 
  • If it is a pre-order item that has defects, you will have the choice of (1) getting a brand new replacement for free without having to pay any return shipping, exchange shipping and initial shipping costs, or we will (2) reimburse you in the form of store credits valid for 1 year that includes the total price of the item and the shipping costs. Please note that for both options, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of store credits valid for 1 year.
  • For a ready stock, we will exchange the item for you if the item is in stock for free without having to pay any return shipping, exchange shipping and initial shipping costs. If the item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credits valid for 1 year that includes the total price of the item and the shipping costs.  Please note that the return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of store credits valid for 1 year.
  • Your store credits will be processed as soon as we receive the item from you. Please allow 3-5 working days before it is reflected in your account
  • Returns and exchanges can be done within 10 working days. Any orders which exceed the stipulated period will not be eligible for exchange or return. Kindly take note that item purchased via return credit is not allowed to make further return despite of any reason. 
  • All goods must be returned unwashed & unworn & with the price tag intact & in original -packaging. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • Items such as accessories (earrings / belts / bags / necklace), beachwear and inner items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. However, if the item is faulty, then you may return the item in its original packaging with label still attached and we will either get a brand new replacement for free or reimburse you in the form of store credits valid for 1 year. 
  • All goods will be inspected upon return. We may at our discretion decide not to exchange or refund should we find that the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care upon delivery to us.
